Customer Reviews
"Our family of six, ages 8-55, ate dinner at Sicily Coal Fired Pizza. We had a great time and enjoyed the lively, modern atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the EXCEPTIONAL service. It was the best service we've had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time. Our primary server, Mars, was sweet, professional, and genuine. We never had to wait for drink refills, extra bread and butter, etc, and she was on point with a few additional menu/food requests. The other wait staff members were great as well. Our dishes were cleared promptly, and we were checked on frequently without being intrusive. Where our experience fell short a bit was the actual meal. Although we appreciated the quality and quantity of the food, it did not seem to warrant the pricing. The homemade pasta had a nice texture, but the vodka sauce was lackluster. I was personally disappointed with the Not Your Traditionβ Bolognese. The "seasonal" spices were a turn-off for me. Mars asked immediately if she could replace my meal. The Mozzarella, Ricotta, & Prosciutto di Parma Stuffed Grilled Chicken Breast was decent, but not a favorite. We did enjoy the bread, sweet chili wings, garlic bread, and drinks. My son loved the house lager on tap. The Gnocchi La Sicily with an additional meatball was excellent. My youngest son rated the pepperoni pizza a 4.5/5. He gave the bread a resounding 5/5! We will definitely be back, especially now that we have a better feel for the menu. Again, I cannot stress how amazing the service was which is hard to find these days."

"It doesnβt matter whether you get a pizza to go or dine in and listen to fabulous music on the nights they have entertainment they make you feel welcome! The service is great and the food delicious. My recommendation is the pepperoni, Margherita or the veggie pizza. Every dinner in there is very good. Great meatballs, you name it. Today I called and ordered some pizzas and Sabrina was very helpful and actually let me send a photo to her to figure out what Pizza I had taken a picture of when I was there. MANGIA!"

"Octopus as a starter with the yuca fries and pomegranates was a delicious combination. We shared the Maine Lobster Gnocchi and it was so tasty! The portion was huge but I wonβt complain about leftovers. Definitely will be back to try something else next time."

"Chicken parmigiana is simply fantastic here. You want consistency with your food then start here. Great waitstaff and amazing patio thatβs dog friendly."

The Hawaiian Pizza Paradox
Despite its name, Hawaiian pizza was born far from the islands, created by Sam Panopoulos in Ontario, Canada, in 1962. The unlikely combination of pineapple and ham on pizza sparked a global debate, with passionate supporters and detractors. The name 'Hawaiian' came from the brand of canned pineapple used, and despite its polarizing nature, this sweet-and-savory pie remains a popular choice in many parts of the world.
