"My wife and I's favorite spot. We've been going here for years, their buffalo chicken pizza is to die for! Along with their anti pasto salad. The staff is always really nice, and the service is good. My only qualm is their steady increases to their prices over the years πŸ™„"

The Science of the Perfect Crust

The secret to the perfect pizza crust lies in the balance of ingredients and baking technique. A well-fermented dough, typically made with just flour, water, yeast, and salt, develops complex flavors and a desirable texture. Baking in a hot oven, whether wood-fired or otherwise, ensures the crust is crisp on the outside while remaining tender inside, achieving the sought-after 'leopard spotting' of Neapolitan pizzas.
